1.What Information is collected?

Rodney Fox Shark Expeditions collects only information that is necessary for a successful booking on our expeditions or to purchase merchandise from our web shop.

Rodney Fox Shark Expeditions booking form highlights mandatory data that is the minimum information required to make a booking.  Extra information is requested as non-mandatory that would be very helpful to us in further detailing your expedition requirements or that would assist in our internal market research.

Information is viewed only by RFSE employees, this to ensure we understand your requirements for the expedition. 

Market research is carried out internally and no information is disclosed at any time to any 3^rd parties.

We may use your email address to contact you about special offers that Rodney Fox Shark Expeditions may be promoting or the latest news about our expeditions.

3.Can I access the information?  

If you wish to access the personal information that is held about you, you can log into your online account via the Account Maintenance function in the web shop or contact us +61 (0) 8 8363 1788.

4.Is my information secure?

Information is only accessible by RFSE office team and is held in a customer database supported by a 3^rd party provider with online security provided by Thawte.  Do we need to ask E4W anything here??  Does Thawte security cover the database?  No credit card details are kept through our secure payment

Information is kept on our secure customer database and any files no longer required are securely deleted.  Any paperwork holding customer information is shredded also disposed of in a secure manner.
